+Do you offer free quotes?
Yes, all our quotes are completely free and come with no obligation. We'll arrange a convenient time to visit your property, carry out a thorough inspection, and provide a detailed written quotation. We aim to get quotes back to you the same day or within 24 hours of the visit.
+How long is your quote valid for?
Our written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Material prices can fluctuate, particularly for specialist slates and tiles, so we include this as a standard condition. If you're ready to proceed after 30 days, just contact us and we'll confirm whether the price remains the same.
+What insurance are you covered by?
LB Construction Company LTD carries comprehensive cover on all work: Public Liability Insurance, £10 million: covers damage to your property or injury to a third party as a result of our work Employers' Liability Insurance: a legal requirement covering our employees while they are working on your property Full copies of our insurance certificates are available on request before any work commences. We would always recommend checking a contractor's insurance before allowing anyone to work on your roof.
+Do you offer a guarantee on your work?
Yes. Every major project, such as a full re-roof or a flat roof installation, carries our own 10-year workmanship guarantee, with the details confirmed in your written quotation before work begins. On any job you can also add an optional CORC insurance-backed guarantee, which keeps your cover in place even in the unlikely event the company stops trading. In addition to our workmanship guarantee, the materials we use carry their own manufacturer warranties: EPDM flat roof membranes are guaranteed for up to 20 years and GRP fibreglass for up to 25 years, while clay tiles typically carry a 30-year guarantee and natural slate a lifetime guarantee.
